We aim to supply products of satisfactory quality and in accordance with the order placed.

A return or exchange may be considered where:

Unless otherwise agreed, returned products must be:

Products that have been washed, used, altered, damaged by the customer or otherwise rendered unsuitable for resale may not be accepted for return.

Customized products, including specially sized uniforms, embroidered garments, logo-printed products, customized hospital linen and products manufactured specifically according to a customer’s requirements, may not be eligible for return or exchange unless they are defective or supplied incorrectly.

For institutional, hospital, government, corporate or bulk orders, the terms contained in the quotation, purchase order, supply agreement or other written agreement between the parties may apply in addition to these Terms & Conditions.

Where there is a conflict between these website terms and a separately signed written agreement, the specific written agreement may prevail for that order.

13. Defective or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective or incorrect product, please contact us as soon as possible with your order details.

We may request photographs, videos or other information to assess the issue.

After verification, we may, at our discretion and subject to applicable law:
